RoSPA offers a range of specialist home safety courses. These include one day open courses:
These courses consist of a series of presentations and interactive sessions. Each course includes:
- Home safety in context
- Causes of home accidents – behavioural, environmental, physical
- Cost of home accidents – psychological, financial
- Types of accidents and injuries
- Who is at risk?
- Risk assessment
- Effective accident prevention and interventions
- Evaluation of practice
Delegates receive a RoSPA Certificate of Training
