In-company training
Effective training will improve the productivity of your employees, making your business more competitive. RoSPA’s dedicated in-company training team are on hand to work with you to develop courses exactly tailored to your specific needs.
All of the courses previously highlighted in this catalogue are available as in-company courses.
The ‘in-company’ process
Following an initial discussion of your requirements with our training co-ordinators we will agree with you your aims and objectives and specific intended learning outcomes (SILOs).
One of RoSPA’s expert trainers will work with you to tailor a syllabus to meet your specific needs (or we can take our public courses ‘off the shelf’ and deliver them directly).
As part of the tailoring process RoSPA incorporates:
- Typical working practices
- Practical sessions with client-based scenarios
- Client strategy, policy and procedures and their core values
Wherever possible we will endeavour to match our CMIOSH qualified trainers experience to your business sector.
The end result is a unique and delegate centred course that focuses on the practical application of skills and knowledge to benefit your organisation.
RoSPA’s in-company training offers excellent value for money:
- Travel and accommodation costs are substantially reduced as our expert trainers come to you
- You pay for the course as a whole, not for each delegate, which means your training budget can go further
- You avoid the ‘down-time’ associated with training an internal trainer and having to design a course
- You reduce the disruption to the delegate’s working week
- The course can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business, so you won’t be paying for unnecessary information or additional days’ training
Employees will actively participate in the course, learning and working together. This creates team building, which can really aid the utilisation of new skills afterward.
Delegates will therefore leave with strengthened internal relationships, increased motivation and refreshed with new enthusiasm– which in turn will enhance your performance and productivity.
Course Accreditation
RoSPA can accredit your organisation’s training course, thus giving it a ‘stamp of approval’. Once accredited, courses can be advertised and delivered under the prestigious ‘Accredited by RoSPA’ banner, using the specifically tailored and instantly recognisable red square logo.
