There is some statistical information but it is difficult to establish where driver or others are at work, as this can only be assumed from the type of vehicle involved in the incident with accident information being gathered by the police. Denmark is about to set up schemes for company safety action plans. Already a national publicity campaign is underway - “take care of my dad” – with the aim being to reduce roadwork deaths. Taxi and bus drivers undergo specific training to get their licence.
