Partners in Progress
The benefits available
PIP is designed to benefit ‘Partners’ as well as the wider UK ‘OS&H system’. In return for their input ‘Partners’ receive:
- a signed PIP certificate for display;
- invitations to be directly involved in project work and workshops;
- early sight of findings;
- opportunities to share and compare experiences with other ‘Partners’;
- regular RoSPA E-Bulletins and updates on progress;
- publicity in launch initiatives; and
- recognition in RoSPA policy reports and in the RoSPA Annual Review
The underlying premise of PIP is that, by working in partnership with RoSPA,‘higher performers’, which share the Society’s OS&H vision and values, can help to distil and disseminate good practice experience to help save lives, safeguard health and cut costs. RoSPA believes that the scheme has great potential to support the Health and Safety Commission’s evolving strategy for health and safety at work up to 2010 and beyond.
