| Additional training gives confidence and skills to those working in challenging situations. Challenging situations can include working with those with social needs, behavioural problems and dementia. This course can be tailored to meet the specific needs of delegates. | Who should attend? Those who have attended the Safer People Handling Trainers’ course, but now require additional, specialist training. What will they learn? The skills and knowledge required to move and handle people in challenging situations. How will they be assessed? On successful completion of the written and practical assessments delegates will be awarded a Safer People Handling in Challenging Situations certificate. |
